THE POWERFUL REACH OF OUR NETWORK WILL
BEGIN WITH 10 MILLION HOUSEHOLDS
They failed because they went about their business plan using an incorrect sequence. Yes, they went about their business in reverse.
Meaning, they exhausted their human and financial capital upfront attempting to create buzz and create content. Then when it came to the stage of gaining viewership (i.e. building community), their efforts fizzled.
AchieveTV has approached our business plan from the correct standpoint using the correct sequence.
Because we've got decade long relationships with major television executives, we've negotiated deals with our Broadcasting Partners PRIOR to securing all of our content.
This way, our Content Partners can have the comfort of knowing that the company has stable viewership now and in the future.
PROVIDERS
AchieveTV is currently in the 4th (final) round of the approval process with Comcast Cable.
This provides us with a reach of <10 million households at the time of launch later this year.
Within 12-14 months, we expect that viewership reach to double to <20 million households via regional/international providers.
SATELLITE
PROVIDERS
AchieveTV is currently in talks with (at least) one of the nation's Satellite TV Providers.
This provides us with a reach of an additional <13 million households at that time.
STREAMING
PROVIDERS
AchieveTV has currently identified many Streaming TV Providers to partner with.
A deal with one of them provides us with more reach adding 10+ million households.
PRESENCE
AchieveTV realizes that today's consumers access the internet daily via PC's, Tablets, & Mobile.
This provides us with a large opportunity to provide content of various forms & lengths.
As such, at launch AchieveTV will immediately unveil a content-based website with both free as well as paid member services.

With that said, we are actively seeking additional Content Partners who own the underlying copyrights or have acquired the rights necessary to first enter into a Letter of Intent. Then, subsequently formally enter into a Limited License Agreement.
We are looking to license a wide variety of high-quality video content consisting of, but not limited to, the following:

- Full Length Seminars
- Full Length Movies
- Series of Episodes
- Ted & TedX Style Talks
- Weekly Interview Shows
- Video Training Courses

THE PROPOSED COMPENSATION
THE POWERFUL COMPENSATION PLAN FOR OUR
APPROVED CONTENT PROVIDERS IS APPEALING
There are 3 methods of compensation for our approved Content Partners.
Depending upon the quality of content, we will enter into agreements where we license the content in one or a combination of the following ways:
1. Flat License Fee
2. Revenue Share from Advertising
3. Affiliate Promotion of Licensor’s Products/ Services
Flat License Fee
This tier of compensation is reserved for the highest quality of video content from the highest quality brands. It is also reserved for Content Partners who intend on licensing at minimum 10 or more hours of content at a time.
Again, this tier of compensation has criteria that must be met as it based on quality of brand, quality of content, relevance of content, and other factors set by our Content Review Board.
Revenue Share from Advertising
This tier of compensation is available to most Content Providers who meet our basic standards. Meaning, in exchange for the Limited License for showing their material, the Content Provider will be compensated a percentage (%) of Net Advertising Revenue every time the Network airs their programming.
Affiliate Promotion of Licensor's Products/ Services
This tier of compensation is a form of creative compensation and has much upside for the Content Provider themselves. Meaning, in exchange for showing their video content, AchieveTV will allow for "bumpers" to act as promotions that drive the viewing audience to a Call To Action (CTA).
For example, the Content Provider may choose to offer a Free Gift such as a Special Report, eBook, Complimentary Program, etc. in exchange for someone's email address - of which can subsequently be monetized in an online or offline "sales funnel" immediately or at a later time.
With this option, AchieveTV will be considered an Affiliate Partner of the Content Provider and will be given Affiliate Commissions for all products & services sold to the prospects generated from the Network as a "traffic source".
Therefore, this third method of compensation assists the Content Partner by increasing exposure and growing their email list.

Please allow us to note that this is a serious business run by serious business professionals whose time is very valuable.
Please only inquire if you believe the video content you retain the rights to is of "Broadcast Quality".
Meaning, we are not necessarily as concerned about the actual formatting of the video content because most HD Video can be formatted for television. Our criteria for the Cable, Satellite, & Streaming Device content is such that the brand of the Content Provider and the content itself is of high-quality.
Whereas, the criteria for the video content for use on our Internet & Mobile Platforms has a slightly lower barrier of entry.
As such, for the first quarter of 2016, we are focusing on building our Library of Content for use solely on Cable, Satellite, & Streaming Devices.
Beginning in the second quarter of 2016 is when we will begin to turn some attention to building our Library of Content for use on our Internet & Mobile Platforms.
